Acquisition terms

Last updated 9 August 2026

These terms govern inquiries about the possible acquisition of gentlemansanctuary.com from Gexiro Ltd.

Invitation to negotiate

The site, the displayed asking price of €1,995, and any response to an inquiry are invitations to negotiate only. They are not an offer capable of acceptance and do not reserve the domain.

No binding transaction without written agreement

A transaction becomes binding only when authorised representatives of both parties sign or otherwise formally accept a written agreement that states the final price, payment method, transfer procedure, allocation of fees and taxes, and any additional agreed terms.

Buyer verification

We may request proportionate identity, business, source-of-funds, sanctions, or fraud-prevention information before proceeding. We may decline an inquiry where verification is incomplete or raises a legitimate concern.

Payment and transfer

Payment may be completed directly or through a mutually agreed escrow provider. Transfer begins only after cleared funds or the agreed escrow conditions are confirmed. Registrar locks, account checks, and third-party processing can affect timing.

Domain asset only

Unless the final agreement expressly says otherwise, the sale covers only the domain name. It does not include a business, trademark rights, company, social account, creative asset, customer record, or warranty that a proposed use is lawful or free of third-party rights.

Due diligence

The buyer is responsible for legal, technical, tax, brand, and trademark checks relevant to its intended use. Public statements on this site are general positioning, not legal or financial advice.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither the site nor preliminary communications create warranties or liability beyond obligations expressly included in a final written agreement. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
